Description:

This form also has an auxiliary label. The form combines USPS 3800 label into the PS 3811 Domestic Return Receipt card. It also features a printable label on the back of the card.

Benefits:

The form prints on a thermal printer, therefore, you have no need to interrupt or load special forms into a multi-user laser printer. You may change the Return Address when needed. The auxiliary label can be used as an individual postage receipt, for file records, or additional shipping label.

The form is designed as a mailing label for the mailpiece and expedites the assembly of Certified Mail. The form is available for other USPS Special Service Mail: U.S. Insured, Registered, or Return Receipt for Merchandise.

	Medium to high volumes
	All size packages, flats and parcels
	On demand or batch processing

Assembly:

Separate Return Address label from Individual Postage Receipt at perforation.

Remove backer from Return Address label and back of form, then Flip-n-Stick the Return Address label to the back of the card.

Position the form on the mailpiece as shown .

Do not remove Individual Postage Receipt label until round stamped at the post office.
