Description:
The form has two flip over labels attached to the PS 3811 Domestic
Return Receipt card. Tab one is the Special Services label. Tab two is for
a return card address on the Return Receipt card. This means that you can
image both sides of the return card in one pass through the printer. This system form is 6
¾" x 5 ½".
Benefits:
The form prints an average 2500 per hour. The assembly
involves a quick process, just "Lift-n-Stick". Processing is in
an independent environment. No loading forms into a multi-user printer.
The address on the Return Receipt card can be changed as needed - no
preprinted form cost.
The form is available for International Mail Special Services. Use with
your existing envelopes or packaging.
