Description:
This is a cut sheet 8 ½" x 11" laser compatible form. It
combines the USPS 3800 Label into the PS 3811 Domestic Return Receipt Card.
Benefits:
The form can be separated into a single form unit and
fed through an envelope tray/feeder. You can print the return address on
the Return Receipt card as needed. You have the option to print your
return address while processing the mailpiece or you may have them
preprinted. An auxiliary label can be used as an individual mailpiece
receipt, as an additional mailing label, mailing address or return receipt
label and contains if needed two senders’ record stickers. The form is
designed as a mailing label for the mailpiece and expedites the assembly
of Certified Mail.

Insured, Registered, and Return Receipt for Merchandise.
