As a value-added offering, the USA/Certified Mailer System™ proprietary Certified Mail software is free to clients utilizing our forms.  Forms supported include the 3-Up and Envelope forms.  This Certified Mail program prints the 20-digit article number required by the United States Postal Service.  It allows for import of records or facilitates data entry, processes data calculating postage, prints your firm mailing book, tracks returns, and offers reports on unreturned receipts and postage use by departments.  Set up your forms once and print perfect OCR fonts, barcodes and address information in both portrait and landscape orientations.

The USA Certified Mail program for Windows is compatible with Windows opperating systems.  An easy-to-use interface provides all the tools needed to manage Certified Mail.

If you still use DOS, our Certified Mail software offers the same functionality plus supports the following USA forms:  3-Up Forms, Envelope Forms, Self Mailer Forms, Flip Tab Certified Label Thermal Forms and Pin-Fed Forms.
