Most of the projects in which USA has been involved as a subcontractor have had their roots in congressional mandate. United Systems of Arkansas' integrated solutions to these demanding projects include custom computer programming both for our processing and for our clients' on-site use, print materials both variable and common throughout the project, and distribution fulfillment by mailing or other channels.

MISSION: Prepare for mailing to more than one million addresses, by ZIP+4 Coding and National Change of Address processing, validated to postal automation standards.

RESULT: Saved the federal government more than $20,000.00 in the first mailing alone, as well as assuring greater deliverability for this and future mailings.

MISSION: Develop an easy-to-use annual directory and validate the accuracy of geographic-based information including city name, city within county classification, telephone area codes, and postal ZIP Codes.

RESULT: Saved the prime contractor over $135,000 over their previous year's production expense.

MISSION: Produce materials and mail more than 100,000 pieces of Certified Mail, in addition to developing methods of automating data entry and custom software to track and report survey results.

RESULT: Project completed in less than seven days at a lower cost than contractor would have incurred in-house without tracking and reporting capability. A 100% Solution.

MISSION: Develop processing, production and mailing methods for bar coded, partially-pre completed sets of forms with variable data and variable numbers and types of forms in each set.

RESULT: Project successfully ongoing for two years and is produced daily on demand. USA had the best overall solution, was instrumental in designing the project, and maintained costs within approved budgets.

MISSION: Develop processing, production and mailing methods for variable data disclosure reports, adding generic common materials (for which the specifications changed the day production was scheduled to start) to each packet.

RESULT: More than three quarter of a million forms produced and mailed in six days. Generated over $12,000.00 in postage savings alone. USA had the best overall solution, met the deadline, and maintained costs within approved budgets. .
