U.S. Customs Form

We can supply U.S. Customs Forms, a requirement for any international shipment of documentation or hard goods.  Your Customs Form labels are presented in a one-part, continuous roll for use with a thermal printer.  This versatile form is manufactured on a continuous backing; there are never any forms out of order and no wasted materials.  Forms are perforated above the “Declarations” area so they can be detached for confidentiality.   The Customs Form labels are inexpensive and a snap to use on any size parcel.

Our U.S. Customs Forms are provided with a free Windows-compatible software package enabling you to import data from existing applications, track parcel identifiers and either print on demand or in batches.  You can even generate manifests and look up shipping information.  Please let us know if you would like to request the free software; we can also provide it for other platforms such as DOS.
