Flip Tab Certified Mail Form

You won’t find anything like this among standard USPS Certified Mail forms for ease of use.  Just lift and stick our patented Flip Tab Thermal Form to any standard envelope.  This 6-¾” x 5” form has one dual-function label as a combination USPS 3811 Domestic Return Receipt card and USPS form 3800 Certified Mail label.  The tab flips over the top of the envelope and becomes the return address on the receipt card.

Ideal for high volumes, the Flip Tab Thermal Form averages 2,500 prints per hour.   There’s no need to load forms into a multi-user printer.  The address on the Return Receipt card can be changed as needed with no pre-printed form cost.   This form can be used on any size mail piece and is also available for other International Mail Special Services including Insured, Registered, or Return Receipt for International Mail.
